I am a wife, mother, sister, friend, and artist. I came to yoga in 2011 during my collegiate athlete days. What began as a means to counterbalance strength training and gain flexibility led to a regular studio and home practice in Baptiste power yoga. Yoga has empowered an internal shift between the connection of my mind, body, and spirit awakening me to what’s possible in life. I use my own practice as my anchor; to quiet down from outside noise, check in with myself, and redirect my focus so I can create new possibilities. I love that I get to share such a transformational and powerful practice with others!
What I love I love my family, the ocean, fresh air, sunshine, good music, delicious snacks, the few minutes just after the sun sets, and the thrill of exploration.
Why Power Yoga I love the heat, the drishti, the strength, the challenge and curiosity, the inspiration from the community, and a strong collective ujjai.
Home I grew up in both Hollis, NH and Frye Island, ME. Frye is my forever home but currently, I call the seacoast my second home.
