50 Hour Yoga
Immersion
Thank you for your interest. The 2024 Immersion Is Now Full!
Check back for updates and future immersion opportunities.
Are you looking to dive deeper into your personal yoga practice? Are you interested in learning more about yoga on and off the mat?
Are you simply ready to try something new?
This Sol 50 Hour Yoga Immersion will break down the physical poses taught during class, and explore other foundational elements of a strong yoga practice including: pranayama, philosophy, history, self-inquiry, and more.
Even if you practice yoga 3-5 times per week, it’s nearly impossible to understand and digest the depth of a yoga practice. This 50 hour immersion will help you begin to understand the full scope of yoga – beyond what can be taught in short form classes.
As we always say at Sol, build the pose on rock. This 50 Hour Yoga Immersion seeks to help you build your yoga practice on rock – wherever you want to take it next.
Program Topics Include:
Asana (alignment, mechanics and form)
Pranayama & Meditation
Philosophy & History
Self-Inquiry
This training will be led/facilitated by Sol’s Director of Teaching Amy Tetreault (RYT 500).
Additional teachers and experts (from both Sol and outside the studio) will join each weekend to help teach/support the modules within their area of expertise. This is intended to allow true experts to speak to their knowledge base, as well as broaden the scope of learning from other leaders in the yoga space.

- Are you curious about the other limbs of yoga – the elements we allude to during class, but never dive into?
- Are you toying with the idea of teacher training, but you aren’t quite ready?
- Are you an established yogi and you simply want to “nerd out” with your fellow yogis for a few weekends?
- Are you looking to create connections, foster community, and step into challenge?
If so, be a YES!
Application Deadline is August 31, 2024
Notes
This is NOT a teacher certification training. We will not be reviewing skills related specifically to teaching. This IS a great introduction if you are considering enrolling in a teacher training program in the future. By enrolling in this course, you will gain a solid foundation of the key yoga elements before you step into a 200-hour program. Be a yes for yourself now … and for the future teacher you may become.
This is NOT for anyone looking to delve super deep into yoga anatomy, philosophy, and more. This training will introduce the basic concepts, as a way to encourage students to begin to explore the elements that pique their interest.
