Yoga Leader Training
Become the leader your practice has been preparing you to be.
More than a teacher training, Sol’s Yoga Leader Training is a transformational experience designed to deepen your practice, strengthen your leadership, and empower you to lead with confidence.
Led by Studio Owner Sarah Croteau and Director of Teaching Amy Tetreault, this small-group program blends yoga methodology, philosophy, leadership development, and self-inquiry into
an experience that extends far beyond the mat.
The Why: More Than a Teacher Training
At Sol Power Yoga, we believe yoga has the power to transform lives. Transform not just through the poses we practice, but through the way we lead, connect, and show up in the world.
Over the years, Sarah Croteau and Amy Tetreault have mentored teachers, guided students through personal growth, and watched individuals step into greater confidence both on and off the mat.
They created this training to offer more than a yoga teacher certification; they created it to develop thoughtful and authentic leaders.
