Sol Power
Our signature class, Sol Power, follows the foundational Journey Into Power sequence, focusing on foundation, movement, breath, and meditation to foster self-awareness. With clear alignment cues, it provides students the chance to build each pose with integrity. This class is ideal for beginners learning the poses and advanced students seeking a deeper connection to body and breath. Options are always offered to modify or intensify poses based on your needs.
Power
This class is heated and does not feature music.

Sol Align
Sol Align builds on the same foundational arc as our signature Sol Power class but slows the pace to emphasize a more mindful connection between body, breath, and movement. This class provides detailed alignment cues, allowing you to learn and explore the nuances of each pose. Sol Align is ideal for students who want to refine their understanding of alignment or enjoy a slower more deliberate practice. Options are given to modify or intensify poses as needed. This is a perfect class for both beginners and advanced practitioners seeking a deeper awareness of body, breath, and alignment.

Sol Flow
Sol Flow is inspired by the foundational arc of our signature power class but takes creativity and challenge to the next level. With a quicker pace, energizing cues, and a dynamic approach, this class invites students to explore unique poses, transitions, and movements. This class is perfect for those looking to shift out of their heads and fully embrace the vitality of their bodies and the energy of the community. Options are given to modify or intensify poses as needed making this class accessible, yet adventurous, for all levels.

Yin
Yin yoga is a calm and meditative practice that deeply stretches the body and relaxes the mind. Each class combines a series of passive floor poses held in stillness for 3+ minutes with a focus on opening the hips and releasing tension in the lower spine. This slow-paced, unheated class, increases flexibility, improves circulation, promotes joint health, and creates space for mental clarity. Soft background music is used to create a grounding atmosphere and help you anchor deeply into each pose. Yin yoga is a perfect compliment to power yoga or other athletic pursuits. It is also a great way to begin bringing the benefits of yoga into your life
This class is unheated, but the studio will be warm from the previous class. Soft background music is used to help you anchor in the poses.
