We are returning with another round of our beginners mindset series.

Let’s do this!

This 4-week beginner series teaches power yoga fundamentals in a supportive environment, giving those new to yoga the confidence to step onto their mats and helping newer students deepen their understanding of yoga’s essential building blocks.

What to Expect

During each session you will move through a 60-minute yoga class set at a slower pace. Time will be spent learning pose names, practicing healthy alignment, coordinating breath and movement, exploring pose modifications, and more.

Each session will also include 15 minutes for additional learning and questions. At the end of the series you will be fully prepared to attend any of our power yoga classes.

Is this for you?

  •  Do I need prior yoga experience to attend this series? No experience is necessary.

  • What should I bring to class? A yoga mat, hand towel, and water bottle are recommended. We have mats for you to rent if you need one.

  • Can I sign for a single session? This series has been carefully curated to help you develop the foundational skills for your power yoga practice, therefore, we ask that you attend the entire series.

This training will be facilitated by Ari Chicklis

Ari Chicklis is a seasoned yoga instructor and Certified Personal Trainer, with certifications in Teaching Beginner’s Yoga, Advanced Sequencing, Yoga Anatomy, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and more.

She is known for crafting intelligent, creative sequences that seamlessly blend mobility, flexibility, and strength, empowering students to feel strong and confident in their bodies. With a focus on mindfulness and resilience, Ari creates a supportive environment where students can deepen their connection to themselves, gain confidence on their mats, and practice showing up fully in the present moment.
