Interested in starting a power yoga practice but unsure where to begin?
Look no further!
This 4-week beginner series teaches power yoga fundamentals in a supportive environment, giving those new to yoga the confidence to step onto their mats and helping newer students deepen their understanding of yoga’s essential building blocks.
What to Expect
During each session you will move through a 60-minute yoga class set at a slower pace. Time will be spent learning pose names, practicing healthy alignment, coordinating breath and movement, exploring pose modifications, and more.
Each session will also include 15 minutes for additional learning and questions. At the end of the series you will be fully prepared to attend any of our power yoga classes.

Do I need prior yoga experience to attend this series? No experience is necessary.

What should I bring to class? A yoga mat, hand towel, and water bottle are recommended. We have mats for you to rent if you need one.

Can I sign for a single session? This series has been carefully curated to help you develop the foundational skills for your power yoga practice, therefore, we ask that you attend the entire series.

This training will be facilitated by Ari Chicklis
Ari is a 200 RYT, Certified Yin Yoga Teacher, and Certified Personal Trainer.
As a yoga instructor, I’ve had the pleasure of teaching thousands of students in person and virtually, through classes, corporate events, and yoga retreats. My classes focus on building strength and functional movement, while empahsizing mindfulness, stress reduction, and building unwavering confidence.
