Being able to teach a strong yoga class is just one element of teaching at Sol Power Yoga. We seek to inspire others to create a life they love through the practice and principles of yoga.
In addition, maintaining alignment with our core values is integral to being a successful Sol teacher:

Must support the growth of the community by practicing regularly at Sol.
Must be genuinely interested in growing the Sol community by connecting with students.

Must be RYT200 and able to teach high quality, accessible power classes that follow the Journey into Power arc.
Must be able to use modifications and amplifications that bring students to the physical edge of their own quality practice.
Core Value: Compassion
Must show genuine compassion and care for all members of the community.
Must be able to hold space for students to create their own experience – whatever that looks like.
Core Value: Simplicity.
Must always ensure that connecting breath and movement is the simple, primary focus of class.
Must be committed to providing a safe and clean environment that is focused simply on yoga.
