We often get impatient for things to pass – a day, a season, a conversation, a time of life, a yoga class.  If we’re always anticipating getting through it, we miss the whole experience. We’re physically in one place but mentally we’re either in the past or the future, waiting for it to end.  The goal is not to get “through it” but to experience it – fully.  Eckhart Tolle says, “Realize deeply that the present moment is all you have. Make the NOW the primary focus of your life.”  You do this by continually bringing your attention back to where you are, what you are doing, who you are with.  This is YOUR  life passing. Don’t miss it.
