“Sol Power at home has been the brightest light during this seemingly dark time. It is a daily reminder of our power to breath, move and connect even during the most uncertain of times. Through the practice I have been reminded each day that when fear and uncertainty come knocking, I can always find lightness, choose non-reactivity, and create compassion for myself and others.”- Sarah K
“One of the biggest reasons I love being able to continue my yoga practice with Sol is the familiarity. At this particular time, it’s so comforting to have some of the same voices leading me through the class, some of the same faces on the screen with whom I’ve practiced, even if I don’t know them personally. It’s such a relief to be able to focus on something else for an hour, something I’ve come to count on in times of difficulty to carry me through. It’s comforting to know that even though it’s certainly different to practice at home, it’s with gratitude for a practice I love.” – Michele C
“During these unprecedented times, I find it is important to reset my day with what is important to me. My personal priorities are faith, family and and to be an example of love and kindness to the world . So I decided to begin my day with yoga, to keep my mind and body healthy, strong. and ready to take on the challenges of each day. Love and thanks to all of my friends at Sol Power for being the constant in this challenging environment!” – Denise M
