Arie Manzi

I started my yoga journey 5 years ago after recovering from a work injury and absolutely fell in love. Yoga in Sanskrit is translated into “to yoke”. To yoke is to unite. Yoga has opened me to unite not only my body and mind but to others as well. I believe the greatest thing you’ll ever learn is just to love and be loved in return. Yoga has given me that. The gift of loving and accepting myself exactly where I am. The gift of loving others deeply. The gift of loving life to the fullest. When I’m not practicing or working I love to spend my time reading, listening to music, and trying all new types of food. Preferably doing all these things right on the beach with sandy toes.

What I love I love the ocean, the smell when it rains, and above all, people.

Why Power Yoga Power yoga has challenged me, more than any other type of yoga, to persevere and overcome in the face of adversity and to have integrity in every aspect of my life.
